Backtagging: i live on them! i try to limit network threads to a month and logs to two~three months, depending on content. if i'm dropping something i suspect needs to be worked on or handwaved, i'll contact you, and invite you to do the same! if it seems like i've dropped something you wanted to continue, let me know!
Threadhopping: unless it's a particularly serious thread, go ahead. if it is, give me a heads-up first, please!
Fourthwalling: if you're a gintama-style character, sure. otherwise, your characters are welcome to know he's a character from a jump manga! just... don't tell him.
Offensive subjects: ic anxiety attacks are tricky territory for me; please contact me if it's going to come up in great detail. other dark subjects don't offend me, but please give me a heads up if abuse or sexual assault is going to come up.

Flirting with this character: i look forward to possible future disasters. (yes.)
Fighting with this character: he's unlikely to fight back unless your character is superpowered and will never use lethal force. sparring is fine, but if you come at him he's going to try to put an end to things as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Injuring this character: listen this kid breaks his arms like every other week. go for it.
Killing this character: with plotting, sure.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: go ahead! he's got no particular defenses or anything. if you need introspective meat, lmk and i'll oblige.
